Preston Speers, Chief Executive
Officer
Preston
supports NAI with over 20 years of executive management experience. His background includes over 15 years experience in merger and acquisition strategy
and execution and more than 12 years of operational experience with total P&L responsibilities. His leadership expertise is complemented by an
extensive background in sales and marketing. Preston managed a global sales force for 15 years in the specialty
chemical industry.
Preston’s CEO experience includes leadership of a global fiber and copper assembly company
with plants in the US, Mexico, and
China. He was COO of a fiber optic and copper data communications
company with over $400 million in annual sales and six plants in North and South America; President and COO of a $150
million organization with eleven plant assembly operations.
In addition to serving the telecom equipment manufacturer market, Preston was Vice-President/General Manager for a automotive supplier and led the company into a global fiber and cable
telecommunications business. He also opened the Asian and European markets for the automotive business, and through his leadership, the business grew
from initial concept to over $500 million in annual sales.
Preston
brings a strong combination of industry knowledge across both fiber optic and copper technologies as well as strategic relationships with key
executives around the world.
William (Bill) Mills, IV, V.P. Sales and Marketing
Bill has been involved in global, multi-national OEM sales for over 25 years. He has been involved
in aerospace, automotive, electrical and telecom markets and has led sales efforts in major projects such as the Space Shuttle, Chysler Mini-Van, and
the F16/FA18/FA22 fighter programs. His telecom background includes work with various OEM's such as Lucent, Nortel, Alcatel, and Fujitsu and
responsibility for the major carrier space.
Kevin Dye, Chief Financial Officer
Kevin Dye, CFO has over 20 years of financial executive management experience. His background includes experience in company start-ups, which
has resulted in bringing new technology to the market. He has supported organizations in a financial capacity from $60 million to over $10 billion. As
a finance executive and key member of strategy teams, his professional skills and leadership resulted in the development of a solid infrastructure in
the financial, human resources and IT departments within organizations. He has over 10 years experience in the semi-conductor and electronics industry.
Kevin received his undergraduate degree in Accounting
with a Minor in Finance from the University of New Mexico in
Albuquerque. He received his CPA from the State of New Mexico and MBA from the Arizona State University Executive Program.
Wayne Harrison,
Executive Vice President and General Manager of China Operations
Wayne’s experience includes leading multiple plants and outsourcing in the U.S., Caribbean, Europe, China and Asia. He has a diverse background in electronics, supply chain management, and assembly. He has led in TQM programs including Kanban, JIT, JURAN Methodology, SPC, Lean Manufacturing, and Kaizen techniques. He has led and achieved ISO certifications for several organizations.
Wayne was instrumental in developing a global supply chain in Asia. He introduced and implemented MRP system, which resulted in a smooth transition from manual system to
computer-driven systems.
Wayne has implemented ERP systems such as SAP, ASK MANMAN to
increase efficiency and customer satisfaction. He has implemented MRP systems in numerous
organizations.
Wayne has been Vice President of Operations and General Manager for several companies, both in the
U.S. and overseas since 1989.
He holds a Master’s Degree in Business Administration (Management), a bachelor’s degree in Business Administration and an Associate
of Science Degree in Mechanical Engineering.
Wayne will oversee all operations, including supply chain and engineering in the U.S. and Mexico.
